• (1) ต้องเสนอโดยผู้ถือหุ้นที่มีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามข้อ 3
  (1) Proposal must be made by the shareholder(s) possessing qualifications as set out in Item No. 3.

  Must have evidences of making an investment as set out in Criteria3),4 or 5) with a total value of not less than 10 million Baht.
• 3.1 ราคาสำหรับการจัดหาสินค้าและบริการมีการระบุไว้ในข้อกำหนด
  3.1 The price for the supply of goods and services are as set out in the Specification
• (๗) มีหลักฐานการลงทุนรวมกันตาม (๔) , ( ๕) หรือ (๖) ไม่น้อยกว่า ๓ ล้านบาท
  (7) Proof of combined investments as set out in clauses (4), (5) or (6) having a total value of not less than Baht 3 Million.
• วันเริ่มสัญญา หมายถึงวันเริ่มต้นสัญญาตามที่กำหนดไว้ในใบเสนอราคา
  Commencement Date means the commencement date for the Contract as set out in the quotation;

  Following up on the BOT's implementation measures as set out in (3) to ensure correctness and efficiency of those measures
• สมาชิกเอไอเอ ไวทัลลิตี้ หมายถึงตามที่ระบุไว้ในข้อ 4 ของข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้
  AIA Vitality member As set out in clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions.
